Limited Warranty
Dulytek Equipment warrants that for the period of two years from the date of shipping, Dulytek rosin presses shall be free from defects in frame materials and workmanship under normal use provided the presses are correctly installed, used, and maintained. Some quickly worn-down parts such as rosin press handles and bottle jacks are covered for the period of three months. The warranty shall not be applied to press machines have been subject to misuse, neglect, improper storage, handling, maintenance, or custom modifications.
If you have issues with a Dulytek rosin presses, please contact us at help@dulytek.com during the warranty period describing the problem in details and attaching supporting documentation. We may ask you for pictures, video, or other identifying information. We will work closely with you to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. Depending on the situation and at the sole discretion of Dulytek, we may send you replacement / spare parts with instructions on how to change them or ask you to send the press back to us for free replacement or repair. The replaced or repaired press (at Dulytek discretion) then will be shipped back to you free of charge. Please note that the warranty will be waived if the press sent to us for repair is shipped in any packaging other than the manufacturer's original packaging. Please keep all packaging material, including Styrofoam insulation and original boxes, since they are designed to safely carry the weight of your press.
The warranty doesn't cover the parts that were modified, altered in any way, misused, abused, or neglected. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear and consumable parts such as lamps, lubricants, etc. Dulytek will not cover the damage to the parts that were caused by providing incorrect power to the equipment and/or modifying the AC power cord. You are responsible for all expenses associated with non-warranty repairs.
Purchasers of Dulytek rosin tech products exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be the replacement or repair (at Dulytek discretion) of any defective press returned to Dulytek within the warranty period. In no event, Dulytek shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or loss of profits or for any other damages not withstanding that Dulytek may have been advised that such damage may be likely to occur.
The foregoing is the Dulytek exclusive warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for any purpose. Dulytek shall not be liable to a buyer on any claim of negligence or for any manufacturer's strict liability on any merchandise. No one is authorized by Dulytek to change the forgoing provisions or assume any obligations or liabilities for Dulytek.
