Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

How do you calculate my shipping fee?

Generally, the shipping fee is based on order weight, dimensions, shipping method, and delivery destination. It is automatically calculated and displayed to a customer before they can complete the purchase. If you have a multi product order, depending on product availability, we may split your order in parts and send them separately at no additional shipping cost to you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. Ground shipping to US contiguous states addresses is free.

I just placed my order. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive the order confirmation email. If a few minutes have passed after you submitted your order and you still don't see the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder or just contact our customer representative at The same email address will be used to notify you about other important changes in your order status.
