Shipping Policy

Please review our shipping policy before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at help@dulytek.com.

We process and ship orders 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Since we are closed on the weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, and national US holidays, we don't process or ship orders during those times. For example, if you placed your order on Friday evening, it will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

We currently ship to locations within the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

The shipping fee is based on the order weight, its dimensions, shipping method, and delivery destination. It is automatically calculated and displayed to a customer before he/she can completes the purchase. If you have multi product order, depending on product availability, we may split your order in parts and send them separately at no additional shipping cost to you.
For US domestic lower 48-state orders, we also offer FREE GROUND shipping.

Shipping time comprises of order processing time and transit time.

One you place your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Dulytek orders are processed at the order they are received. We reserve up to 24 hours to process and prepare your order for shipment. If for some unexpected reason we determine that it would be impossible to process your order in time, you will be notified of any changes via email. If the new suggested timeframe is unacceptable to you, you will have a chance to cancel your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information for your package. If for some reason you don't receive the shipping confirmation, please check your email's Spam folder or just contact our customer representatives at help@dulytek.com.

 

 

Please note that, after the package is passed to a shipping carrier, we have no control over it. Dulytek is not responsible for any delays caused by a shipping carrier. Upon acceptance of your package, the shipping carrier will register it in their system and send it on its way to the destination. Depending on the selected carrier, registration process may take some time. For example, if send by a regular US Post Service mail, the order will be shown as accepted only on the following day and the actual acceptance day should be omitted when calculating estimated transit time. For general guidance (not exact calculations), please see the table below to estimate your order's transit time.

*Please note that any order with expedited shipping must be confirmed with our representatives for unexpected delays and to make sure it doesn't miss the shipping window.

 

Dulytek ships its orders via the following carriers: USPS, UPS, and DHL.

When package is refused upon the delivery, the carrier will ship it back to our warehouse. Unless the refusal is expressly authorized by Dulytek in a written form, you will be fully responsible for the carrier's shipping charges both ways and an up to 20% restocking fee.

If you placed your order by mistake or simply changed your mind, please contact us at help@dulytek.com ASAP, and we will cancel your order for you. If you contact us with cancellation request AFTER your order is processed and shipped, the order will be processed as returns of unopened items. Please note that all customized merchandise as well as special order items are not returnable.

Dulytek is not responsible for products lost in transit if the shipping address submitted by the customer is wrong or incomplete. No refunds will be issued in such cases. However, if the products are lost through no fault of the customer, Dulytek will send replacements to him or her at no additional charge.
